Once your pest manager has dealt with the termites, the damage they left behind still needs fixing. We find the full extent, replace damaged structural timber properly, and fix the damp conditions that attracted them.
Termite damage repair happens in two stages with two specialists. First, a licensed pest management technician confirms the termites are dealt with and installs a management system. Then we repair the building.
Repairing before treatment is complete risks new timber being attacked. We can work alongside your pest manager, or recommend you engage one, so the sequence is right.

Termites need moisture. Damp subfloors, leaking pipes, overflowing gutters and timber in contact with soil all make a house more attractive. Repairing the damage without fixing those conditions leaves the door open.
Because we're a multi-trade builder, we can fix the conditions as part of the repair: subfloor ventilation, gutter and roof repairs, and removing timber-to-ground contact.
Send us the pest report or photos of the damage. We'll inspect and quote the repairs.
